The Ventcore IWB Mini is a great choice for the P365XL, with the gun not being a full-sized firearm it won't print through your clothing near the small of your back. The p365 frame has a longer grip but just barely. All Ventcore holsters are breathable and comfortable, by having laser-cut ventilated diamonds cut out of the inner membrane, it allows for airflow and keeps you moisture-free. The Sig Sauer comes standard with night sights for the rear sight, and the whole mounting plate can be removed to accommodate an RMR. The P365 is considered a micro-compact, but the P365 XL is just a little bit bigger which has improved accuracy for this 9mm by a lot.
