All StealthGearUSA® and SG-Fieldcore® products come with our 30-day “Love It, Or Return It” guarantee. Once your gear arrives, you have 30 days to try it out. If it is not the right fit, start a return through the portal above and we will be happy to refund or exchange the item.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and any refund issued will not include the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for insuring the return shipment; we cannot guarantee that a returned item will be received if it was not insured.
Once the 30-day trial period ends, the sale is final and returns or exchanges can no longer be accepted. At that point, StealthGearUSA holsters and mag carriers move into a lifetime warranty, and SG-Fieldcore gear into a 365-day warranty; we will repair or replace any product determined to be defective under normal use. *Lifetime warranty does not cover non-StealthGearUSA products (Surefire, Leatherman, etc.)
All StealthGearUSA® products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the ship date, in undamaged and unmodified condition, by the original purchaser. Refunds are issued as a credit card refund or company check, at our discretion. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from StealthGearUSA.com, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
For consumer or private-party uses, StealthGearUSA® warrants its line of VentCore® and SG-Revolution® products (StealthGearUSA® branded holsters, magazine carriers, utility carriers, etc.) to be free of defects for a lifetime of use to the original purchaser. We will repair, replace or refund this product should we determine it to be defective. This limited lifetime warranty includes the VentCore® & SG-Revolution® platform, the hardware, the polymer shell, and the belt clips. Abuse, misuse, negligence or other factors indicating that the StealthGearUSA® product was not used for the purpose for which it was intended may allow StealthGearUSA® to reject a claim for repair or replacement.
The purchaser is responsible for regular maintenance on their StealthGearUSA® products, includes checking all hardware for proper retention. We recommend checking the product(s) at least once a week and prior to each use, following the StealthGearUSA® maintenance guide. Lost items and hardware will not be covered under warranty.
For purchases of StealthGearUSA® products, made through an authorized retailer, any warranty claim needs to be processed with that authorized retailer. The lifetime of use warranty only applies to the original purchaser and must be requested by the authorized retailer.

To the original end-user StealthgearUSA® warrants its SG-Fieldcore® bags and carriers will be free from defects pertaining to materials and craftsmanship for the time period of 365 days from Date of Original Purchase.
For branded StealthGearUSA® products other than holsters, magazine carriers, utility carriers, and SG-180’s, the company warrants products to be free of defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, except for abuse and normal wear, and for replaceable parts and items such as batteries, bulbs, electronics, etc. StealthGearUSA will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective.
For all StealthGearUSA® SG-180’s the company warrants these products for a period of thirty (30) days from the ship date to the original purchaser, except for abuse and normal wear. StealthGearUSA® will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective.

For any product originally sold by StealthGearUSA® that is a resale item with the original manufacturer’s brand and logo and said product does not include the StealthGearUSA® brand, logo, authorized trademark, or other clearly identifiable marks, said product(s) shall be governed by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. StealthGearUSA® shall not provide any additional warranty or guarantee for said product for any purpose. The purchaser is advised to examine the manufacturer’s website for additional information and register the product, if required, by the original manufacturer for service.
Warranty Shipping Charges: Once your warranty replacement or repaired product is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice for the applicable shipping charges. The invoice must be paid before the warranty order is shipped.
This warranty holds for all purchases done through StealthGearUSA.com. For purchases complete through Amazon, eBay or by one of our retailers, please see warranty terms listed on site or contact your original place of purchase for warranty terms.
