All holsters and mag carriers (excluding Quick Ship or pre-stocked items) are custom handmade products and currently take 2-3 weeks to complete. This lead time does not include shipping time for delivery. When sales volume is extremely high, lead time may surpass 6 weeks. You'll receive a shipping notice as soon as your order ships — thank you for your patience while we handcraft your custom holster or mag carrier.

Currently all international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

We do not make custom holsters on a single-order basis. Each holster is custom fit to a specific gun model, so if you don't see your model listed, we're likely already in the process of designing for it. If we don't yet make your specific make and model, please fill out our Holster Request Form to help us prioritize new models according to demand.

A hybrid holster uses a hard polymer shell on one side and a malleable material on the other. The polymer shell protects the firearm, while the soft material rests against the body for a molded, comfortable fit.

An inside-the-waistband (IWB) holster fits between your pants and your body. Clips secure the holster to the belt to keep it in place. IWB is the most popular carry position for concealed carry.

The IWB Mini is our #1 selling holster for its compact platform, which allows people of varying body types to wear it comfortably and effectively in a variety of positions along the belt line. It's 20% more narrow than its IWB Standard counterpart, which makes it ideal for carrying in more positions and for smaller frames — while the Standard offers more coverage for those who prefer it.

A combat cut holster means the back of the holster has been trimmed away from the grip area of the firearm. Each holster is custom cut for every firearm to ensure 100% trigger coverage and the perfect grip clearance when you draw.

The shape and design of the backing on our holsters has been developed and perfected over six years of Law Enforcement, Military, and internal testing. The backing intentionally doesn't line up with the beavertail of most firearms — this allows perfect grip clearance while still providing plenty of padding between your body and the firearm for unparalleled comfort. This design also allows lightning-quick draws and minimizes thumb abrasion during dry practice and extended training sessions.

Our patented FLEX Technology™ has revolutionized outside-the-waistband holster design. It results in a holster that flexes and adapts to body movement thanks to a flexible thermoplastic exoskeleton — providing stability while allowing flexibility, making it the most comfortable and concealable OWB holster on the market today.

The fasteners are recessed into the platform material and aren't noticeable while worn. We don't typically receive comments about the hardware rubbing skin, even after tens of thousands of units shipped and used — customers who wear the holster directly against their skin have given very positive reviews of the padding and ventilation. No. A critical part of a safe draw is making sure your firearm never momentarily points at anything you don't intend to shoot. When drawing palm-out, you briefly aim the gun at yourself, then possibly at others, as you swing it toward your target. Drawing palm-in (how all of our holsters are designed) makes it easy, with a little practice, to keep your firearm pointed at the ground as you bring it around to acquire your target — which is much safer in a high-stress situation where you'll be drawing to immediately address a threat.

No. In order to build the best firearm holster, we make the holster shell custom to the respective firearm, so shells aren't interchangeable between different platforms. We do offer Replacement Shells for your existing platform — note that a shell replacement has to be a 1-to-1 trade (for example, a Glock 19 Mini shell will only fit a Glock 19 Mini platform).

Yes. Ventcore® holsters are made from synthetic, non-moisture-absorbing materials. Use a mild soap (dish or laundry soap works fine) and a soft-bristled brush, like an old toothbrush, to scrub them. Remove the fasteners and belt clips before cleaning your platform. After rinsing, shake out most of the water and let the rest air dry. See our holster maintenance page for the full walkthrough.

StealthGearUSA and SG-Fieldcore products come with a 30-day "Love It, Or Return It" guarantee — you have 30 days from receiving your gear to decide. Refunds don't include shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable. You're responsible for return shipping costs and for insuring the return shipment, since we can't guarantee a returned item will be received if it isn't insured. After the 30-day window, the sale is final for returns/exchanges, but your product moves into warranty coverage instead.

Start your return or exchange through our self-service returns portal. Log in with your email or zip code plus your order number or tracking number (or sign in with Google/email), and the portal will walk you through the process.

If it's outside the 30-day return window, it's a warranty claim rather than a standard return. StealthGearUSA and SG-Revolution products carry a lifetime warranty against defects for the original purchaser (normal use only — misuse, neglect, or lost hardware isn't covered). SG-Fieldcore products carry a 365-day warranty. Non-StealthGearUSA-branded products (Surefire, Leatherman, etc.) aren't covered by this warranty. If you bought through an authorized retailer rather than directly from us, that retailer handles the warranty claim. For help, email [email protected] — a lot of issues are a single small part (like a clip or screw), so let us know what happened and we'll find the fastest fix.

Products purchased through an authorized retailer (not directly from StealthGearUSA.com) need to have warranty claims processed through that retailer instead of us directly.

Yes — as a thank-you to active and retired military and law enforcement professionals, we offer a standing discount. To protect the integrity of the program, every customer verifies eligibility once before the discount is applied.
