Ventcore 1.0 shells were manufactured using a more traditional, hands-on mold-making process. Those molds - poured, shaped, and refined through skilled craftsmanship - still deliver excellent fit and retention, which is why they remain part of our catalog. But Ventcore 2.0 takes full advantage of current-generation technology to elevate consistency, modularity, and accessory compatibility.
